Star Office Barcode Add-in
Notice: While the Star Office Add-in is still available, it is
no longer supported. Instead, IDAutomation recommends the
OpenOffice & StarOffice
barcode font VB macros.
The Star Office Barcode Add-in was created to assist in the generation of
barcodes in StarOffice Calc spreadsheet or Adabas database. This tool is used to
automate the process of adding start codes, stop codes and calculating the check
digits for those barcodes that require them. This Star Office Barcode Add-in has
the following features:

- Add-In Functions: Defined
in a Dynamic Link Library (DLL), which will format the data
specifically for use with IDAutomation Barcode Fonts, and to meet the specifications of each symbology
designated by the AIM and/or ANSI standards.
- Functions Available
for barcode types such as Postnet, PLANET, Code 39, Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 128, UPC-A, EAN-13, EAN-8, UCC-128, MSI
Plessey, Code 11, RM4SCC, 4-State, SSCC-18 and SCC-14.
- Licensing: This Font tool is free to use and distribute with an
application with the purchase of a licensed IDAutomation Barcode Font. Redistribution
of these fonts and components requires, at least, a
Developer License.
